From One Idea to a Working Team
Give every member a personal workspace inside the Bay where they can draft ideas privately and develop them at their own pace. When an idea feels ready, the member publishes it as a short white paper. Other members read it, react, and can join the idea. Once enough people rally around it, it becomes a working group that turns the idea into a real project.
How it works: Draft (private) → Publish (white paper) → Attract readers → Supporters join → Working group forms → Project is built
Why it matters: Individual work encourages individual contributions. Contributions attract an audience, the audience brings people together, and those people form the teams that build complex projects.
